I was particularly hesitant because of the uncertainty of what to expect; however, from the very beginning Vincent was responsive, transparent, detail oriented, flexible and focused on making sure I was comfortable with every single step. After a few days of going back and forth in email and text message, I met Vincent the day he personally delivered the new vehicle to my doorstep where he was careful to attend to social distancing and PPE protocols while naturally teaching me to navigate my new vehicle. Vincent isn't your typical car 'sales' guy. I will be reaching out to him again 3 years from now to assist with my next lease. More
