That was until I met Frank Nodarse; his professionalism, knowledge, experience and eagerness to help me made me feel so comfortable. He was very attentive and praiseworthy. It made my purchase experience an excellent one. I told him what model, color and price range I was looking for and he not only provided me with everything I asked for in an unbelievable speedy fashion, he exceeded my expectations because the car was supposed to get here as a Christmas gift and did not arrive on Christmas Eve. Without me asking Frank took it upon himself to have the manager reduce the price some more........when does that ever happen :-) !!!! HE'S A KEEPER!!!!!!! Extremely horrendous service!!!! I drove down from another state to get an f type because someone had recommended me to go here and said that the dealership experience was excellent s I drove down from another state to get an f type because someone had recommended me to go here and said that the dealership experience was excellent so I was expecting a lot when I entered the dealership. But when I entered I was terribly by the salesperson he barely talked or tried to make a conversation with me. I was really excited to get the car but after the service I received I would never put foot in that dealership again. I hardly recommend people to not go to this dealership although there's great review the experience I had was absolutely terrible. After the whole experience I was more upset about the dealership experience rather than not getting the deal I wanted! More
