Mike the Service advisor released my car without informing me there was zero coolant in the reservoir. The vehicle overheated 5 minutes later and when I called to explain, he said he “forgot” to tel informing me there was zero coolant in the reservoir. The vehicle overheated 5 minutes later and when I called to explain, he said he “forgot” to tell me and that he “thought” I was towing the vehicle. This was a blatant lie and he was covering his back for not doing his job. Mike kim also charged me $481 2 times for a diagnostic and acted like the first transaction didn’t go through just to charge me again. I had been coming to the service department for some time and would send business their way. Never again!
