My son bought a pre-owned car here. After some "dealer nonsense" during negotiations, finally came to terms. Although it was a rather large ($80,000) purchase, since it was not a Land Rover and the dealer therfor cannot anticipate any follow-on brand loyalty, it seemed almost "normal" for them to treat us like second rate citizens. We made an appointment to take delivery, which should have taken 30-45 minutes.... it took approx. two hours. During that time our salesman attended to several other customers. Had to track him down (as well as the business manager) or quite some time. All while we sat and waited. Also as an aside, I was quite surprised that a reputable dealership would not offer any warranty whatsover. Take the car and good luck. Not a terrible experience but doubtful if we will go back there. More

If I were to give the sales experience a rating it would be over the one star. However, once I received my BRAND NEW RR Defender, things quickly went south. Not only is there an issue with the panoramic window producing a leak, there was also a portion of the cargo cover missing. Please note that the leak is directly above our 1 year old's seat. You would think that there would be an urgency to get the car in and fixed. Nope, solution - crash tape given to us by our local dealer while we wait 4 weeks and one scheduled cancellation 2 days before it was going in. After spending a considerable amount on the vehicle and being a first time customer, you would think the GM would at least attempt a call. Nope, an email from yours truly did the trick. And you would think that Dawn would come in with a soft approach looking to do whatever is in her power to make it right. Wrong again, she basically told me that I should have understood that my truck could have issues and that to just basically wear it. She would not be my first choice for GM of the year. Joe is great though, but I would steer clear from this place or Land Rover in general. Go to Mercedes or any other high end brand that cares about the customer and their happiness. More
