Purchased the vehicle at this dealership, therefore some degree of loyalty was expected. That loyalty was never displayed. As with many businesses, often times your “Sales Product Ambassador” becomes the messenger. Not my experience with all dealerships. Apparently (in my opinion), leadership at this dealer values margin over customer loyalty during each and every transaction.. They’re not the first to do so. More
