Glen cove service is the best and can't be beat I had an amazing experience with glen cove land rover. I booked an appt the evening before and was taken care of the very next day 7:30'am. They worked on my car and serviced it immediately as I had to wait there abbé cause I came from Brooklyn. The waiting area was extremely comfortable with fresh bagels and coffee. My service rep was phenomenal and took care of everything. He took the time to explain everything clearly and took care of reprogramming my key no problem or questions at all. They checked my car for issues and again clearly explained what was done and when my next service would be and when my part would be in for repair. The service manager Anthony Caligione is a class act . I know him from my previous dealer ship in manhattan. He came over to check in with me and to see if there was anything he could do to make my stay there easier. He also made sure that the repairs and service were double checked. He's an amazing addition to glen cove. They are lucky to have him. More
Service Ripoffs Land Rover dealers on Long Island are all owned by the same family. They absolutely are the worst. Go to Prestiege in NJ for a real deal. As an example of how bad Land Rover on Long Island is and why you should not go there. A 2nd key had to be ordered when we got our new land rover. We paid cash and we own the vehicle. The 2nd key was sent to us by mail so we have it but there is no code on it so it needs to be programmed. Long Island Dealers, Glen Cove, Dawn Cames wants to charge me $127.00 to program a key Land Rover had to deliver with the car. Jersey does it for FREE as all dealers are supposed to. More

Happy customer This is my first LR2 and love it. Only one problem - the A/C started to blow warm air, the service department quickly took care of problem and while This is my first LR2 and love it. Only one problem - the A/C started to blow warm air, the service department quickly took care of problem and while it was in the shop I had a loaner. Been back for only routine service and I have gotten great professional service and a loaner every time. Already looking to buy another Land Rover. So happy with my LR2, that I will be passing it down to my teenage daughter next year. More
JUST HORRIBLE! Land Rover is Horrible! I have personally only dealt with land rover of glen cove, and Land Rovers corporate head courters. But what i can tell you is Land Rover is Horrible! I have personally only dealt with land rover of glen cove, and Land Rovers corporate head courters. But what i can tell you is that all the talk you always hear about land rovers breaking down OFTEN and not being reliable is VERY true. The company itself also does not stand behind their cars. I myself own a Range Rover Sport Autobiography edition. (MY VEHICLE WAS IN THE LAND ROVER GLEN COVE SHOP FOR A TOTAL OF OVER 100 DAYS OVER A 3 YEAR LEASE, which is about 1/10th of the total time. For a $100,000 car, thats about $10,000 i have lost out on by the vehicle being in the shop) Since i have had the car (2011 brand new) the suspension has had numerous issues and had to go into the shop. Sometimes only weeks after getting back out of the shop. The transmission also has been having problems for the past 2 years, yet land rover cant seem to find the problem, so that is still ongoing. Had a problem where something in my engine was loudly knocking the entire time i would drive, and i was told i would have to wait two weeks for them to have room for me to bring in the car. I argued and they allowed me to bring it within a day or so. Even had an issue where once when i picked up my vehicle from land rovers service, my sunroof wouldn't open. We found out this was because my roof got dented while being in land rovers shop. At first land rover refused to fix the damages until the BBB got involved. My point here is, if you decide to buy a land rover, be prepared for all the extra expenses you will incur as they overcharge you EXTREMELY on every service or anything done to the car. Also be prepared to get one of the many FAULTY CARS land rover sells people and have to bring it back in for repairs constantly (in which case you will probably wind up driving around in a loaner car (if they even give you one at all) for a decent amount of the time you own/lease the vehicle, worth much less then the car you are paying for. Oh and most of all, be prepared to NOT BE a "valued customer". I clearly am not considering they still have me in a vehicle that constantly breaks down and won't do anything about it. Horrible company with a horrible customer satisfaction. More

(glen cove) customer (range rover autobiography owner) over the past 3 years.. First off let me start by saying, they are the WORST dealership that I have ever had to deal with. There have been numerous times where my car has gone into service and come out with NEW DAMAGE on it, including one time where they were refusing to fix the damage till corporate got involved and I had left some reviews on the web like this one.. I’ve had my rims damaged by land rover, my roof dented, other parts of the car scratched or dented.. It’s ridiculous. The car has also broken down numerous times a year and had to be brought into service for long periods of time.. Mostly for the suspension which has happened multiple times, sometimes even only a few weeks after getting it back! My main problem right now is that I bought a $100,000 car from you guys (which you guys promised to provide me with excellent quality and service) and i’d think that out of courtesy you guys would supply me with one of your nicer vehicles instead of giving me your lowest model.... It's just a shame that i spend so much with you guys on a big car I bought (which won’t happen again) and when I bring it in for service you guys cant even get me a car of the same size and close quality.. I will be sure to continue posting my experience elsewhere to make sure others know of the many problems i have and am still encountering with land rover glen cove. , Adam Shapiro More

Customer service (Steve Mangat) was very helpful in getting me a loaner car and getting the work required in a timely manner. I was not expecting such a high bill for the services rendered, especially since it was on top of and in addition to an even higher bill for service work done only a few weeks prior, when a thorough and complete service diagnosis was supposed to have been done on my car. Go buy your car there....you'll be glad you did They did everything possible that I could ask for and the price was one of the best out there. Service situation I had a service appointment for I thought Wednesday, April 9, 2014 and I called the service dept. at around 9:00AM on Tuesday, April8th to verify my a I had a service appointment for I thought Wednesday, April 9, 2014 and I called the service dept. at around 9:00AM on Tuesday, April8th to verify my appointment and Sheena answered the phone and informed me that my appointment was for April 8th at 7:30AM and I was in error . I apologized and asked if I could make another appointment . Sheena responded with " don't worry Mr Quadrozzi, we understand if you have the time today bring the car in and we will take care of you". I had an employee drop me off at a meeting an then bring the car to Glen Cove to have the service preformed. At about 4:30 PM I received a call from Sheena informing me that I needed a oil pan due to the fact that the drain plug was stripped and asked for the autheization to change the pan and I said okay. Again sheena came to my aid when i informed her of still another problem, I told her of my dilemma of having my employee stranded in Glen Cove and myself stranded in Hempstead at the RXR Plaza and Sheena handelded the situation, she worked out getting a copy of my drivers license via photo and email, took care of my employee and some how furnished us wit a loaner even though I had not reserved one, she did all of this at the end of the day when most places would have taken the easy way out and said that there was nothing thy could do. This again proves to me that Land Rover of Glen Cove has the client in mind at all times More
