Land Rover Hilton Head

Sold me a used vehicle that was not properly inspected prior to selling. I purchased an after-market warranty for this vehicle, and after being told I had over $9000 worth of repairs at my FIRST mainten prior to selling. I purchased an after-market warranty for this vehicle, and after being told I had over $9000 worth of repairs at my FIRST maintenance appointment, I was then told that this warranty would NOT cover $1 of those repairs. Now I'm fighting to get a refund for this warranty from the Dealer and Veritas, and I paid "in full" for both. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, as they do not properly review their used vehicles, and they fail miserably on communicating with customers that they owe money to. It has now been almost 3 weeks since I submitted my cancellation for the refund, and they still are not able to give me an update or status. More

Everyone I have met have been professional, helpful and extremely nice. Easy to make an appt. Hi Everything was very professional apart from not replacing the tire jack and spare wheel in the compartment. This is an awkward procedure which we found very difficult.
