Good experience overall For the most part, we had a very good experience. I found a used car on line for my daughter, price was right, car was in good shape. Car was nice. Maintenance on it was great and decided to buy. We spoke with Heather who prepared all of the paperwork. She was extremely nice and helpful. Five stars for her. My only issue is that the car had not been detailed prior to buying. It has been vacuumed but not cleaned. Again, it was a good car, fit our needs and my daughter is thrilled, but I did spend hours cleaning it up the day after we bought it. Also, car only came with one key and no license plate holder. I can't hang a plate w no holder. Chores for another day I guess. More
