I called many times for 3 weeks to make an appointment and always the same answer. We will call you back and nobody ever called me back. I needed a oil change. Then after 3 weeks I got a flat tire and nee and always the same answer. We will call you back and nobody ever called me back. I needed a oil change. Then after 3 weeks I got a flat tire and needed a tire so I called and finally then I got an appointment and told them I needed a oil change also. No problem then. I waited 4 hours there for them to change they oil and put on a new tire. That is way too long to wait. I was going out of town and had to wait to the next day to do so. I also asked them if they please could vacuum my car and they said yes but they did not do that. When they gave me the bill they had charged me for the new tire and I told them I have insurance on my tires so I should not pay for one. They took it off. I live part time in Fort Lauderdale and took my car in there one time and I will tell say that Fort Lauderdale service is 1000% better. If I had known the bad service Hilton Head has I would never had got a Land Rover. Would had got an other Porsche. Nr 1 Problem is. They never answer the phone and if I get lucky then they say will call you back and they never do.. very bad service. More
Hard to schedule service appoints when needed. Hard to reach a service person to talk too. My last experience I had two call the delearship on numerous occasions. Car was not ready when promised. Service dept is backed up and the timing of my repair was awful. I was without my vehicle for a month and they did not have a loaner vehicle. They did give a 10% discount, however renting a car for a month i awful. I was without my vehicle for a month and they did not have a loaner vehicle. They did give a 10% discount, however renting a car for a month is well over 10% of my service bill. Very inconvenient. If LR is going to take this long in repairs, they need more loaner vehicles. Our advisor, Kristin, demonstrated outstanding service. She was polite, easy to deal with and fully explained the process. Everyone I have met have been professional, helpful and extremely nice. Easy to make an appt. Hi Everything was very professional apart from not replacing the tire jack and spare wheel in the compartment. This is an awkward procedure which we found very difficult.
