From day one as we visited this dealership, the service was impeccable (this is with my six year old son joining me during both visits before delivery). Service Dept Sloppy service for a service department which services vehicles of this caliber. I brought in my 2017 Range Rover for a simple emissions inspection an Sloppy service for a service department which services vehicles of this caliber. I brought in my 2017 Range Rover for a simple emissions inspection and annual service and got hit with $800.00 for an oil change, rotation of tires and overview of vehicle, which has only 4,000 miles. That would not have been an issue, but when they gave me the car back the drivers side door was scratched and glue was still on the windshield where the new emission sticker was placed. I am amazed that cars costing over $120K are treated with no care. They said they would repair the damage, however, this is something that should not have happened. Even, a corner mom and pop repair station would have taken better care of my vehicle. More

Service We went in for a simple inspection and got slammed with a $2000 bill. Our initial visit consisted of an oil change, inspection, and air filter totalin We went in for a simple inspection and got slammed with a $2000 bill. Our initial visit consisted of an oil change, inspection, and air filter totaling $1200. I had to bring the car back 3 days later because coincidentally right after the service my battery kept dying. Once we took it back a few days later they said we needed a new battery but failed to tell us anything about the battery at our initial visit. Our second visit costed us $800. We also had to get a new key which was $300 and I am okay with paying for that but it costs $500 for the battery and $1200 for an oil change, inspection, and air filter change? They offered to take off $200 which is nothing. When I explained to Heather and Chuck that the battery itself is $200 online she stated this is a special battery with gel (of course it is! who told you to utilize a special battery?) When I questioned about my oil change and why it's $358 Heather stated it is because we used synthetic oil...either way no oil change is $300 bucks!!! COMPLETE RIP OFF. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN. STAY AWAY! More

I could not be more pleased with my experience there. This was truly the BEST car-buying experience I have ever had. I was fortunate enough to end up in Huntington after a miserable experience at Glen Cove Land Rover-stay away from Glen Cove and ONLY go to Huntington!! More
