2014 Range Rover Sport CPO Purchase Adam (Sales Manager ) and Tyler Bent (Sales Guide) at Land Rover Jaguar Main Line were phenomenal! I typically dread going to dealerships and shopping Adam (Sales Manager ) and Tyler Bent (Sales Guide) at Land Rover Jaguar Main Line were phenomenal! I typically dread going to dealerships and shopping for cars, but this was by far the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. No BS, straightforward (on-line pricing matched up with reality at the dealership), reasonable prices, quality vehicles, friendly/courteous environment and willing to work with you to make you a customer. I usually hate Finance Managers too, but Alyssa was awesome as well. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Range Rover Sport and they took care of every nick and cranny I noticed and gave me the car in pristine condition when I picked it up...like factory assembly line brand new; I Love It. Adam went as far as to replace a lower front undercarriage panel unsolicited, and resurfaced some of the wheels so I wouldn't see a scratch. Great staff at Land Rover Jaguar Main Line; A must go for your next Land Rover vehicle purchase! I highly recommend...10 out of 10. Thanks guys! More
So quality level execution was poor overal So the part ordered was not correct leading to delay and compounded by a snowstorm requiring to keep my car for 8 days. Then for some reason after dr So the part ordered was not correct leading to delay and compounded by a snowstorm requiring to keep my car for 8 days. Then for some reason after driving out to pick up the car in the course of fixing the door and then routine maintenance something happened to the radio / phone as no sound was available - identified as I was driving the car away from the dealer - I had to return it. That led to another 3 day delay and as a result 11 days with a rental and rental insurance cost that ended up being ~$300 (should have no more than $60 plus tax). In lieu of the issue, the car was fixed and brought to my work which was helpful, but in resetting the system, noticed that the car is asking me to bring it in for service again - frustrating. Also I notice that the door that was repaired is slightly rattling and did not do that before the fixing of the lock. I love Jaguar Brand - Owned and X Type, XK, now and XJ and leased my wife the F Pace - this is certainly a rare occurrence in my history with the dealer, but given the out of pocket impact on the rental and ~$1700 to get it fixed, it was not a good experience or the quality you expect from a such a Top notch Brand. More

Bryan made the process seamless from start to finish, no pressure, all service - he's a knowledgeable sales person and a an avid car guy. He then tagged in Andrew Wander, head of service, to assist me with some trim pieces I wanted to change out for appearance. Tak Paperillo runs one of the best auto dealerships in the greater Philadelphia area - an exceptional, customer-focused sales experience supported by first rate service after the sale.
