Service has been going down I was promised by 2 PM as I dropped it off first thing in the morning. I was told car would go into the shop no later than 10 AM. I called at 1 PM to check if work was done only to find out they forgot to take car in at 10 and were going to start work at 2! Because I had to have the car that day, I cancelled many important appointments and was told car would be ready by four. When I arrive, I had to wait an extra hour! Just be truthful, don’t promise something and make excuses after. There wasn’t even any kind of apology or trying to make it right. I’m very dissatisfied with the service and quality of your location. I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 10 years. I hope things change for the better. More

Routine service that went very well I was supposed to arrive at 7:30, and leave the car for state inspection and 12 month service. However, I did not arrive ‘till 1:30.
