Many days, no results Responding to a letter offering an update on our entertainment system to include Apple Car Play, we scheduled a service. We were given a very nice loa Responding to a letter offering an update on our entertainment system to include Apple Car Play, we scheduled a service. We were given a very nice loaner but our car stayed with Jaguar for THREE days. Upon receiving the car back, there was no Car Play. After calling, we were handed off to several people only to ultimately be told that, “yes, we are hearing that the update didn’t work for a lot of people. We’ll call you back in a couple of weeks, but we have a lot going on, so if you don’t hear from us, call us.” More

Standard 96000 service Was expecting a simple routine service but after doing state inspection had to replace brakes and rotors and walked out with a $3K bill! This is the second rover sport I’ve owned both times buying the extended 100K warranty which so far I’ve never actually been able to use for either car. My first rovers suspension completely died at 114K miles. My second rover is at 94K miles and no problems but if it breaks down at 101K miles I guarantee it will be the last one I buy. Extended warranty has been completely useless and a waste of thousands of dollars. More
Didn’t know which tires were factory warranted for LR4. Handled the issue with feigned ignorance and dismissive posturing. Took to my mechanic who indicated otherwise. Worst experiences. More
