My initial greeting was very poor. I walked into service area and reps appeared to be busy except one. However the one who was free was engaged in a sports conversation with someone. I don’t know whom that person was but the conversation was open loud and clearly on sports only. I stood there waiting to helped but got no help. I even walked to another counter in dealership and asked how do I get helped. They directed me back to where I had been waiting. After going back and waiting one of the other service reps finished what was doing and helped me. Then something really strange happened. A white gentleman entered the service area and the man talking sports immediately said said to him “can I help you”. I am black and I just wondered why he didn’t offer to help me when I entered the same area. More

It’s not the service, it’s the issues with the vehicle! I’m mostly mad because I lost a bet (and some money). I have a 2014 Evoque and nothing has changed since I had a 2004 Discovery. Hoses LEAK right at I’m mostly mad because I lost a bet (and some money). I have a 2014 Evoque and nothing has changed since I had a 2004 Discovery. Hoses LEAK right at 65,000 miles and of course they are not covered by the extended warranty. As far as customer service, the staff is friendly (even when I’m frustrated at the ridiculous cost of their labor). They always have a loaner vehicle available, which is very convenient. More
