Unfinished repairs I had to bring my car back 3 times whe all I went in it was a 15k Service. They caused both of my junction boxes to go bad and tried to charge me $300 I had to bring my car back 3 times whe all I went in it was a 15k Service. They caused both of my junction boxes to go bad and tried to charge me $3000 to replace even though it was caused by their poor service. Jaguar had to get involved and cover the costs. Further, I asked them to look at my infotainment system because it kept resetting, and instead of trying to diagnose the issue, they simply charged me for an update which did not fix. Each time I had to bring it back I told them it was not fixed and they ignored. Bob kept telling me to split this cost and that cost with him and still has not taken responsibility for the damage they caused. More
