2018 Jag XE Went in 5Th times for the same Problem Horrible customer service and response time. You leave a message and no one calls back. Same excuse the Went in 5Th times for the same Problem Horrible customer service and response time. You leave a message and no one calls back. Same excuse they are short staffed. They were suppose to work with JLR (company) and do a buy back.. But never heard back from the dealership. Finally I call JLR and they advised me the company has approved the buyback and the delear would be contacting me to get the car off my hands and till 22nd of Aug had not heard back. This is not how a customer should be treated. Hope they Improver their service if they want me as a customer as I have 2 Range Rovers that would need regular maintenance. Thanks Joe More
