Not up to expectations Called for appointment. Never received call back. Eventually I called back. Had service light on. Made appointment. Never told what service was g Called for appointment. I thought this was just oil change, basic stuff... maybe a couple hundred dollars, not $650! Then told I needed front and rear brakes... another $1450. I agreed to do it but these costs seem excessive also. More

Gross Negligence A now reluctant brand loyalist, I experienced gross negligence from this dealership on two fronts. First - my wheels were about to fall off on a highw A now reluctant brand loyalist, I experienced gross negligence from this dealership on two fronts. First - my wheels were about to fall off on a highway after being painted by the service department. Pulled into a different dealership and half the lug nuts were missing/loose. Imagine that pile up! Second - the salesman took me out of a lease and placed me into a new one. Normal, right? 8 months later, unbeknownst to me, I'm in collections by Chase Finance because I still owed on my previous lease. Shady tactics!!! Land Rover corporate customer service is just as bad. Open case and 5 weeks later, I can't get a call back. Would not recommend. Any other brand has to have better service than this. More

Over our 3 week evaluation process, they were helpful, informative and accommodating to our questions and inquiries. All Range Rover cars may be the same, but the difference is the dealership, because after the sale, it is people behind it that make it special. More
