Service with loaner Everything was great except for the driver leave in the loaner car seat up way too high allowed me to bang my head and messed up my neck. Friendly but Disorganized The service center seems to be understaffed and disorganized. I am never able to get an advisor on the phone and they do not return calls. There is a The service center seems to be understaffed and disorganized. I am never able to get an advisor on the phone and they do not return calls. There is a clear lack of communication. I had asked a few days prior to have the service advisor check if something was covered under warranty; they never called Land Rover to check and instead I had to remind them again when I was there to pick up my car. Additionally, I was told that my loaner car was going to be complementary but after my service was complete I get an email from the Bob, the manager, asking for me to chip in for the rental, which I found to be beyond unprofessional and insulting that I was even being asked this after we agreed I would not be paying for the rental. When I explained to Bob that he must have made a mistake, he didn't even answer my email or apologize; I guess he just wanted to see if I would fall for it and pay. I would only use this dealership for service again if I was in the area. Otherwise, I will go elsewhere. More
