1 year service on F Pace I think the car is great, but the service could be improved. First, the ladies answering the phone speak too quickly and don’t enunciate. I had trouble getting connected to the service area, and Bob was not there nor was anyone else there who could help. The process seems like it’s getting too automated with texts, e-mails and calls coming in to alert me to automated parts approval process for parts that weren’t even in stock. I’m not sure when the two ordered items will be coming in or whether I’m supposed to follow up or they were to follow up with me when they do come in. More

They were very busy, but still checked my car quickly, found a puncture hole and repaired it free of charge all in about a half hour. I am very grateful! More
