I have a suggestion. No communication No accountability The most horrible place to do business! They might pride themselves on communication but they had our car for some warranty engine work. It was there The most horrible place to do business! They might pride themselves on communication but they had our car for some warranty engine work. It was there for almost a week and no one ever called to say it was done. Then while it was there, it had damage, as something scraped the side corner panel. The worst part was, instead of letting us know and owning up to the accident, someone tried to hide by waxing and buffing the scratches down to the metal. When we went to pick up the car we noticed the wax residue all over. We pointed it out to the service manager, Bob, who also confirmed that’s what he saw as well. He made some excuse that they do not use wax, but clearly it was waxed and buffed as there was wax still in the door jams and white powder residue all over the vehicle. Bob asked us to bring the vehicle back and they’d make it right saying they’d only need the car for one day. Again, after 2 days we had to call to see if our car was done. They said yes, we picked it up only to find nothing was done. We called again and Bob wasn’t available, so we spoke to the the sales manager, Bryan, and shared our experience. Bryan said he’d speak to Bob and get back to us...here we are four days later and no one has called again! Although upset at the damage, we understand accidents happen and if they would’ve been upfront and honest about it, this review would be totally different. But when they tried to cover up the damage, say they’d fix it but never do....And their lack of communication during this entire process, there lies the problem with poor customer service. More

Coolant leak that turned into cutting my air intake box Took my car in for a diagnostic because it was leaking coolant, on Friday they told me the only thing wrong with my car is that it is leaking coolant Took my car in for a diagnostic because it was leaking coolant, on Friday they told me the only thing wrong with my car is that it is leaking coolant from the hose and the water pump is also leaking. after paying $1,759 I came back to my air intake cut on both sides of the left air intake, I guess they were hoping I find that later and take it back and have them pay more, worse so they tried to say a previous damage to the car that I bought like that caused it even tho I’ve taken it to jaguar multiple times for service and never a word said about it (because it wasn’t broken) More
