I told him I was presently working with another dealership because there dealership didn't have the vehicle I was looking for. He said they have a dealer network and can find any vehicle. He then went on to say if he can help in anyway feel free to contact him. Because he didn't try to sway me from the other dealer, wasn't pushy or persistent like some other dealers, I decided to give them a try. Long story short it was the best decision I could have made because from start to finish everyone was cordial and professional. I was purchasing the F-Pace Sport for my wife's birthday and the deal they gave me was incredible and my wife loves the car! Thanks Mainline for making me and especially my wife very happy! More

Disappointed came in a couple of hundred miles after my warranty expired ( I emailed for an appointment before the expiration and was told service would call but t came in a couple of hundred miles after my warranty expired ( I emailed for an appointment before the expiration and was told service would call but that never happened) with issues that predated the expiration of warranty and was hoping they would address them. I get it , My fault but what i ended up getting was very expensive, like $450 for a battery change and a total bill $300 over the initial estimate. when I called to ask about it I never received a return call. More

I live in West Chester, Pa but get all vehicle service in Wayne. Joe Sheller is the only person I deal with when having my vehicle serviced because Joe is kind, patient and courteous. He answers my questions and keeps me aware of what is next and when I should return. I want to give Joe credit because I have, in the past, had inner actions with “other” service people and not been satisfied with the service or the person to whom I dealt. He informed me that it would be a hassle free process. When it was time to drop the car off they had a loaner waiting for me so I could continue with my day.
