We took the 4 hour trip from Connecticut to negotiate a sale. It was pouring rain and I parked in the lot, quickly, an employee came out, grabbed my keys and moved my car under a covered parking spot. It was early in the morning and Ron had not arrived yet. No worries, Adam was available to talk price and terms. We have purchased many, many cars through the years and it's usually a long, painful and stressful process. We knew how much we wanted to pay and the term of the car loan. Surprisingly, Adam gave us the price we wanted to pay, great term and Jaguar had even better financing rates. All of this, without the back and forth negotiating. Ron arrived and we finished to deal with him. Truly, the nicest 2 guys in the car sales industry! The great customer service did not end there. Jenna from finance, completed all the paperwork with us. She explained everything with speed and accuracy. Above all, she was not trying to sell us all the extra warranties and services that weren't needed. In the future, when the time comes to make another Jaguar purchase, this dealership will be the first to have our business! The 4 hour trip was worth the deal. We LOVE the car, the price we paid and the terms of the loan! More

Horrible This dealership is the worst. Leases a brand new evoque that has been in the shop more than I’ve had it in my possession. Exhaust leaks, gas leaks cat This dealership is the worst. Leases a brand new evoque that has been in the shop more than I’ve had it in my possession. Exhaust leaks, gas leaks catylitic converter, door panels fell of 3 times, sun visor fell out of the roof all within first month. They wouldn’t DO anything to help. They are awful and have no customer service ettiquet whatsoever. The only one who was helpful was Bob Jackson. The GM and rest are worthless. More
