Unbelievable Dissapointment. Disgust. Service advisor was to busy looking at his phone to make eye contact. Every answer was no. Small stone chip my wife wanted touched up. NO. Oh, we don’t deal with insurance. Nice. Next day, call from Mr. Service Advisor. We need to set up the camera’s and safety sensors, gonna be $157.xx. Oh nice. Thanks. And we don’t deal with insurance. Yeah, you told me that already. So never received any reports as listed on the paperwork. Was just so disgusted. And to boot, car was dirty upon return. Greasey Arm Prints on the drivers side top fender. Perfect. So overall your service advisor sucks. Not sure we will ever come back there. Disgraceful. Disappointed. Not sure what else I can say.
