Courteous and prompt I had an issue with my Land Rover on a Saturday morning while driving. I called Joe at Mainline he told me to bring it right in and drop off and he I had an issue with my Land Rover on a Saturday morning while driving. I called Joe at Mainline he told me to bring it right in and drop off and he would have someone take a look at it as soon as he could. Dropped off my car received my loaner vehicle and was on my way. It was determined it was a computer problem and would be taken care of right away. While I was there Joe said he could have my vehicle inspected and serviced and help me have my windshield fixed by Anthony Volk. Everything was great I picked up my vehicle Tuesday afternoon. All done. Thanks Joe. More

You saved me from getting ripped off at Willow Grove! Joe Sheller is awesome! I brought my truck to Willow Grove to get brakes and rotors back in Sept. 2018, they also replaced a caliper. Recently there w Joe Sheller is awesome! I brought my truck to Willow Grove to get brakes and rotors back in Sept. 2018, they also replaced a caliper. Recently there was a burning smell coming from the rear so I brought the truck back. Willow Grove told me I now needed to replace the other caliber, and the brakes/rotor I put on in Sept. needed to be replaced again. I thought this was fishy so I called Joe and he said to bring the truck in. He have me a 2019 Range Rover Velar as a loaner and said they would take a look. He called me back later that day and said my brakes and rotors were fine, still needed a caliper. Joe saved me about $700. Needless to say I will no longer be going to Willow Grove Land Rover to get any work done. More
