Nelia made sure that I understood and was comfortable with all features. A couple of the features were newer and welcomed surprises for me like the heated steering wheel and the remote start and controls from my phone. She made sure that when I drove off the lot all of my requirements and specifications were addressed. She also gave me a follow up call to make sure I was pleased. How awesome is that!
