He really seems to keep the service area and people there very organized and calm. Without Joe I probably would get another car. I have 3 land rovers and love them. But he from start to finish is a great manager. Service is excellent and Tyler Bent has been our salesman . He also is kind, helpful and keeps it a fun place . Too early to have a firm opinion Salesman couldn't find/order the model equipped the way that I wanted. No discount offered even at end of model year. Car came with a problem that so far the Service Department hasn't been able to fix. Major problem was the absence of an "Encore Specialist" for well over a month, so there's no one available to answer most orientation type questions. Car came with the wrong tire brand warranty and dealership still hasn't been able to obtain the correct one. Gas mileage is substantially below EPA sticker. Parking is a chronic problem. More

First service approach. I have owned landrovers for almost 20 years. This is my 5th truck. My first experience with your dealership sales and service has been superior. I’m very impressed with the level of service I received. The biggest reason I brought the vehicle in the was the brake squeal is still occurring. My husband and I talked to Adam, used car manager , at time of delivery and he assured us it would be fixed. New brake pads and a warranted part were replaced and the squeal stopped for 1 day upon return. The squeal is now occurring intermittently. Not as loud, however still there. Every other question and item was quickly addressed and fixed. I will touch base after the holidays to follow up. Thank you. Debbie Albano More

Very disappointed. I dropped off my vehicle to get my snow tires put back on. I asked for my brakes to be checked and coolant topped off per my dash board warning. I was told that although I had 4/32 of rear brake pad that they would only last TWO WEEKS!! Not feeling comfortable with that statement I reached to a dealership that I do business with. I was assured that what I was wasn't accurate. Intoldlthe dealership to just please return my vehicle. The next morning I was told that they had out my summer tires in my vehicle as they didn't have any room to store them. This was very disappointing to me and my long standing relationship that I've had with this store. I plan on informing the GM after the holidays. More

It could have been on the highway or the bridge and I could have been hit or died. I've been buying these cars for 23 years I deserve someone to take their time and figure out the problem so my car Is safe. now I have to pay myself to tow it back to you from the shore for the same problem a third time and I missed an impt event in my family Due to this. It has been very nerve racking and upsetting I'm afraid to drive the car pls take the time to fix it correctly and fully this time so I is safe. Thank you .
