Long wait and rude service people The general experience I have had there is bad. The service person was rude and not friendly. I asked a question about my vexhike and he snipped” ask your sales person.” I didn't even remember my sales persons name. I had to go over the the cashiers. And they told me who to talk to. I actually miss Mercedes. Dealership. They picked my car up in my driveway for service and were always so nice. . I am not sure why people act so rude at this dealership. I Think that it's not good business to be rude to people who can afford to lease or buy your cars. Sometimes sales people look at people and make the wrong assumptions. Which tends to lead to less sales. So if your in business be nice to everyone who comes in stop acting like your better then the people walking in. It's the main line of Philadelphia and your working were not so there is a hint right there that maybe we have the money to be in your establishment and don't want to be treated like were dirt. We want to be treated like anyone shopping for a luxury vehicle. More
