Biggest fraud The service diagnostic charge me $285 to tell me that suspension was wrong and would cost 3500. My last service appointment. Repairs (parts)?were done that were previously change in an earlier appointment. Apparently the previous appt … parts were not itemized so not charged for ( not sure why… possibly under warranty or for some reason parts were not charged). The previous work order clearly show the part was replaced. This work was done 5 5-6 months earlier and should be under the 12 Month warranty. Service Manager said too bad… we are charging you now regardless whatever previous work order indicates. So not planning on coming back unless addressed. And it is time for me TJ get a new car and I like get Range Rover a lot. More
