I called so many times and all I got was the machine which was not good. I was told that the website for Range Rover was down worldwide and they couldn’t tell me if my repairs would be covered or not. I which was not good. I did not feel as if I should have to pay for what was done the error that my car was having was too close to what the recall for that part was about. Took my defender 110 in to get a well-known issue fixed with the windshield. Ended up spending $4000 plus completely replacing the windshield with new a pillars. Problem still exists. The service manager reached out to me and has worked with me directly which was appreciated. But I never want to work with or see Alex Ramirez again.
