My car has now been in the shop for 3 weeks. The first 2 weeks it sat. After 2 weeks, Jennifer called me to ask could I bring my car back in for service. The service team doesn’t seem to know what’s going on, doesn’t take the time to read the service records to know their customers or the issues with the cars in their service. They can’t fix their own cars!!! How does that make sense!? How is that a sustainable business model?I have an extended warranty and it feels as if they fix one thing partially so I have to bring it back again. It appears the extended warranty people have some trust issues too because now they have to come out and inspect the issue Livermore Land Rover says needs to be fixed. If I could rate it a zero I would! It’s the worst service department. Period. More

I took the vehicle in for a full inspection and the engine needed to be replaced 2 weeks later. Will never buy another Land Rover again and I will take a vehicle to them. Cost of replacement was $2080 engine needed to be replaced 2 weeks later. Will never buy another Land Rover again and I will take a vehicle to them. Cost of replacement was $20800. More
