Service dept is really great and sincerely want to help address issues and seem to go out of their way to help. I was put in touch with the shop foreman in one occasion and then on another, they collaborat address issues and seem to go out of their way to help. It was good. Did not go in expecting to spend $17000. Did not notice any of the things wrong that they said I was experiencing. Edith was very accommodating. Did not like that after racking up a bill of $17000, the diagnostic fees were not waived. Any other dealership i have dealt with waiver the diagnostic fee when you fix what they tell you is wrong.
