They made us sign the contract, on our cell phones mini screen. THEY WERE NOT TRANSPARENT WITH US ABOUT THE THINGS MISSING IN THE CAR, INCLUDING THE MATS AND THE KEY. It was never disclosed to us before signing the contract . We requested them to honor our request of paying for mats and paying us for the lost second car key on which there has not been no response yet from anyone. We have called the leadership and no response More
In the years we’ve owned the car we have seen 3 different service managers come in. John was very polite and helpful in guiding us through another way Range Rover has changed their policies. My car was kept service managers come in. John was very polite and helpful in guiding us through another way Range Rover has changed their policies. My car was kept overnight and unfortunately I had to call 30 mins before the next day was over just to ask a status on my car or if I was going to receive a status. John did get the mechanic to push it through and get the car done, also washed and cleaned by time he got our uber back to the Livermore service department. I really hope John stays for a while and we don’t have to keep getting use to a whole new way of doing things yet again with someone else. More
