The buying experience was a disaster. The sales folks did a nice job of pulling the deal together, however they were not knowledgeable about a major inadequacy of the vehicle. I had to take the issue to the GM to get it resolved. Then there were other major mistakes making it a very aggravating experience and left a bad taste. This dealership needs an overhaul and some serious coaching on how to treat a customer. The need to facilitate a great customer experience and ensure that the vehicle is pristine and not damaged or dented. For a high-end vehicle dealership, I was very disappointed. More

Biggest fraud The service diagnostic charge me $285 to tell me that suspension was wrong and would cost 3500.
