So we drove ourselves back. We were promised the car would be ready at 4pm, it wasn’t. Then we were asked if we wanted the car washed, they washed the wrong car and tried to give it to us. So, they said they were washing ours, a half hour or so later the car came out un-washed, so we left. If the service department would have called us that morning and asked to reschedule our appointment, we would have been ok with that, all it was was our Defender’s first service. More
