I called my agent to ask if the other issue would get fixed as well. I had to call weekly for updates. No return calls were made to me after several messages were left. I also had to call the sales department just to get someone from service to answer. Not until 3 weeks after my car was dropped off was a courtesy car offered. During repair, they dropped a bolt in my engine. I had to call to find that out. No call to inform me of the mishap. On pick up day I had to ask questions and felt as if no one wanted to explain things to me. I had a horrible experience. More

I come to you guys for knowledge know-how and experience. I’m sold on Land Rover, but the service and help has been iffy. I’ve asked for checks on a squeak from my wheel and for alignment issues. I was told it was done, but now have to replace tires that were nearly new, because of alignment issues. 🤷🏽♂️. Staff has cost me money and for needed repairs to go unchecked and I’m very very unhappy about it. More
Car was damaged during service and JLR Livermore wouldn’t fix it despite repair warranty. Crooks. Avoid this dealership! Unfortunately Cole European in Walnut Creek also sucks. This experience was completely unacceptable and a true example of customer mistreatment. It took an outrageous 6.6 hours for their certified mechanic to change just two 12V batteries, which ended up costi example of customer mistreatment. It took an outrageous 6.6 hours for their certified mechanic to change just two 12V batteries, which ended up costing me a staggering $1,600—pure robbery for such a simple job! Communication was nonexistent, with hours spent on hold, endless false promises about the car’s readiness, and blatant lies about calling me back. When I finally got my car, it was filthy with oil stains and shoe prints everywhere, the back seat wasn’t even installed—which was both unsafe and careless—and I was forced to drive 45 minutes just to get it fixed.
