Alex. was horrible and I don't how why he was so mean to me as a client. I had to report him to 3 managers. The service manager reached out to me and has worked with me directly which was appreciated. But I never want to work with or see Alex Ramirez again. Took my defender 110 in to get a well-known issue fixed with the windshield. Ended up spending $4000 plus completely replacing the windshield with new a pillars. Problem still exists. I’ve been trying to get something fixed on my new Range Rover for months and follow up is non existent at this dealership. I will have to call again to see if the final part is in yet.
