We bought 3 cars over the years. Service just had the car for 40 days. Service person was a nice young man. 40+ days - I stopped in the dealer and open a case with Land Rover North Service just had the car for 40 days. Service person was a nice young man. 40+ days - I stopped in the dealer and open a case with Land Rover North America, never heard from one management person. Over the years, most likely spent over 200k with this dealer. We had a problem and management went ghost. If I serviced my clients like this, we'd be out of business. again, nice service person - my grade on management was an F- More
