Bought a preowned car almost 3 months ago and I am still driving around with a 30 day temp. Paperwork was never done! My bank and insurance companies keep calling me to find out what is going on. The dealer blames it on Covid, meanwhile I bought two other cars during this pandemic and never had this problem. No calls back from anyone either. Plus salesman who I bought the car from promised me all weather mats and never received those either, oh and that salesman is no longer working there. No way to treat anyone, it's just bad business. Nice new location. Service advisor not at all considerate of my time. I said I would wait at the dealership if it would take two hours or less. He said no problem. Over three and a half hours later he said t of my time. I said I would wait at the dealership if it would take two hours or less. He said no problem. Over three and a half hours later he said they were washing it and he’d come back and get me as soon as it was ready. Thirty minutes later I went to the service department and he was with another customer by my car which was ready. Another service advisor checked me out and I left. Original advisor could have acknowledged me as I got into my car, but he chose not to. I’ll return for service due to location convenience but with a different service advisor. More
