The service was for 21,000 miles or two years. We had a little over 13,000. Should have not needed the $1500 at that mileage. The receipt had so many nickel and dime charges. And codes for thing with charges I have no idea what they were. Then the kicker was the car needing back breaks and rotors after only 13,000 miles. Everything I read on the internet said about 30,000 miles for breaks. I felt kinda ripped off to say the least. All the service guy could say was I’m sorry and I agree with you. xxx I want to talk to the GM. They did bring may car to me at the end of the day but they left it at the wrong house, so I had to go find it. They left the $3600+ invoice on the front seat and I had to call and ask for it to be in the glove compartment because if my wife would have seen it, it would be bad for ALL of us. What a mess. Not happy. More

I took my car the first time hard to start and rodent damage,damage fixed starting still a problem, second time starting the problem get a new battery, 3rd time towed battery problem. Its really hard to damage,damage fixed starting still a problem, second time starting the problem get a new battery, 3rd time towed battery problem. Its really hard to be confident when same problem for 3 trips. Not having a car is also a problem this many times over 8 weeks.Hoping third time is the charm. Thanks for asking! More

This dealership tells you they are honest and care about their reputation. Don't believe it. I purchased a used car from them. They took video and photos from angles that hid damage. They then pointed their reputation. Don't believe it. I purchased a used car from them. They took video and photos from angles that hid damage. They then pointed out two areas of damage, and claimed it was the only damage beyond wear and tear. They lied. When the car arrived it had additional debts and far more rock chips and bumper scrapes than they said. I asked them to split the cost of repairing the damage. They refused, again claiming their photos shield them...even though their photos don't show the extent of the damage and they claimed there wasn't any other than the two they told me about. Hope it was worth it to them. If just one person reads my review and chooses not to buy from them, they've lost far more than the small amount I asked them to split with me. The photos show the additional dents and excess rock chips and scrapes beyond the normal smaller chips for a vehicle that's 6 years old. More
