I was very happy to purchase the 2024 Defender for my wife. I live in Harrisburg, PA and they’re in NY, so I wanted to make sure that everything that I was told was correct. I dealt with Edward Marti wife. I live in Harrisburg, PA and they’re in NY, so I wanted to make sure that everything that I was told was correct. I dealt with Edward Martinez from day one. He was very responsive and always did what he promised, unlike many other car sales people! He sent me all the information that I needed and did a walk around video just so I know that the car was available. I negotiated the price details and my trade value before I got there so there was no surprises. I drove to their location with my trade, he was waiting for me and brought the car. I was pleasantly surprised with it. We took it for a test drive and came back to complete the purchase. I met their sales manager and Jill, in their finance. She was very helpful and had such positive energy. The car went to a final wash/detail and it was ready for me to drive home. Edward is still in touch daily to see how everything is going and/or if I had any questions. Very impressed by this guy! Thank you all for the experience and I’ll definitely be back in the near future for my next purchase. More
