Horrible experience here. I would not recommend. The service department is the worst that I’ve ever dealt with. The GM never returned my calls. I was told I needed new breaks I would not recommend. I went to the Darien dealership for a second opinion and was told my breaks were fine! I had to recently bring my car back in because there was another electrical issue where my car wouldn’t start and Diego from the service department was demeaning. They weren’t returning my calls. My husband had to physically go in to speak to them. Terrible experience from the service manager to the GM. More

Buyers beware - Stay away. .. We bought an Evoque from them for my wife. It was in the shop for over two months. Never offerd her a loaner. They do not know what they are doing .. My wife broke down two times after they fixed the car, twice, and had to be towed. Then, I find out they charged my credit card they had from the first repair, (unauthorized mind you), for the same charge my wife wrote a check out for already and now I am having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. The best is that what it went in for the first time, still is not fixed! More
