The dealership was clean and had the greatest number of new vehicles to choose from. The sales team was pleasant to work with. Downside is they had a very poor phone systems. You can not get a person to answer a phone and can only leave messages in a general voice box that don't get returned. Had to resort to using salesperson cell phone to get in contact with them. The manager called me on his cell phone and asked me to call back but his mailbox is not set up for taking messages??? Had to call service dept the day after I got the car with minor issue but could not get in touch with anyone. I had to resort to you tube videos to fix issue. . This part was frustrating however the car is all that I expected it to be and I am happy with my choice. My salesperson did go to bat for me and help me out when I needed it. More
Service department is horrible. Reaching anyone at this dealership is next to impossible the phone rings and rings and rings. They are slow to call you back and it usually takes several times asking the same question to get an answer. I g the phone rings and rings and rings. I get the feeling like I’m an annoyance once I bought the car driven off the lot and that’s not a good feeling, I picked up my car first from service. It was dirty I was told their washer was broken. In my opinion they should’ve hand wash the car. I think it’s fair to say I would not go back a second time. More
I concur with the majority of the reviews here - very negative opinion. The service departmanet is HORRIBLE. Way understaffed and grossly incompetent. I purchased a RangeRover HSE (new in 2010) that they are unable to service ! They have had the car for 5 months. They do not work on the car and what was a simple repair has turned into a huge electrical problem as their tech did not have the basic knowledge to disconnect the battery. They never call and provide a status on anything. Stay clear of this dealership. Also - the corporate HQ of Land Rover in the US is useless too. More
