The dealership was clean and had the greatest number of new vehicles to choose from. The sales team was pleasant to work with. Downside is they had a very poor phone systems. You can not get a person t new vehicles to choose from. The sales team was pleasant to work with. Downside is they had a very poor phone systems. You can not get a person to answer a phone and can only leave messages in a general voice box that don't get returned. Had to resort to using salesperson cell phone to get in contact with them. The manager called me on his cell phone and asked me to call back but his mailbox is not set up for taking messages??? Had to call service dept the day after I got the car with minor issue but could not get in touch with anyone. I had to resort to you tube videos to fix issue. . This part was frustrating however the car is all that I expected it to be and I am happy with my choice. My salesperson did go to bat for me and help me out when I needed it. More
