Eric handled my brake issue but also recommended that he keep the car an additional day because of a recent recall. I purchased my car at the Darien dealership, the service was ok but I felt like a number. I tried the Larchmont dealership and that was a disaster. I recently moved to Ridgefield so I figured I would give was ok but I felt like a number. I tried the Larchmont dealership and that was a disaster. They were extremely friendly and fixed a problem I tried to have fixed at the other two dealership with no luck. Eric was very professional and knowledgeable. Eric had to order a part for my truck that wouldn't be in for a week, he offered to pick up my car, fix it end drop it back off at my home. I've owned my car for five years and i love it like the day I bought it and I finally found the right service department to keep it running. Best service department in the tri-state area. More
