The service department needs to train employees better. I made an appointment to have my 2017 Range Rover Evoque serviced because the windshield seal was leaking. I was told the seal was covered under the extended warranty. After making the 45 minute trip to have the car serviced, we were told that if the windshield brakes, it is not their responsibility, which could cost upwards of $1500. After calling again, I was informed that actually nothing was covered under the extended warranty. I couldn’t believe that I was being told two completely different stories from the same department. After trying to get ahold of the department twice, I was finally told they would “get them the message”. I picked up my car (I didn’t want to pay over $1500, for leak in my windshield to be fixed). I will never purchase with them again, or have them service my vehicle. Very untrustworthy. More

Worse car that we have ever owned! Our 2016 Discovery was towed for the second time to Mt. Kisco Land Rover on March 5,2019. Tomorrow will be 2 months that they have had the car. I went in for a cracked windshield that was not a result of anything physical. It was from The cold. And they denied that and wanted $1100. I declined that and will fight the warranty item. They adjusted the rear camera, covered under warranty and then repair THREE recalls. All under warranty. The only thing left is the oil change I asked for. $750. Insane. Never use them. More

Non caring I have had problems with the service dept. for a few months now. When I first received a message of warning on my screen I called right away. I was on hold for 25 mins, then called back leaving a message. I called again 3 days in a row. I finally spoke with someone in the sales dept saying that Auto Nation bought them out and to call back. 1 month later I speak with someone that tells me to try a different Land Rover because of the changes. I therefore called a different location 65 miles away. I decided to wait out the local one near me because I was unable to get service within one month at the farther location. 3 months later still having the warning and now another warning and I make a phone call to my local Land Rover after 3 calls within 1hour I finally speak to someone and they booked my car for service for 3weeks out. No cares about overheating or not shifting properly. Never again will I buy a Land Rover. More
