$700 for an oil change?! Don’t ever go here. Inam Shocked that I was charged $747.20 for an oil change from Landrover Mt. Kisco. $330 in labor plus plus plus. I’m selling my landrover. I went in for a cracked windshield that was not a result of anything physical. It was from The cold. And they denied that and wanted $1100. I declined that and will fight the warranty item. They adjusted the rear camera, covered under warranty and then repair THREE recalls. All under warranty. The only thing left is the oil change I asked for. $750. Insane. Never use them. More

Non caring I have had problems with the service dept. for a few months now. When I first received a message of warning on my screen I called right away. I was on I have had problems with the service dept. for a few months now. When I first received a message of warning on my screen I called right away. I was on hold for 25 mins, then called back leaving a message. I called again 3 days in a row. I finally spoke with someone in the sales dept saying that Auto Nation bought them out and to call back. 1 month later I speak with someone that tells me to try a different Land Rover because of the changes. I therefore called a different location 65 miles away. I decided to wait out the local one near me because I was unable to get service within one month at the farther location. 3 months later still having the warning and now another warning and I make a phone call to my local Land Rover after 3 calls within 1hour I finally speak to someone and they booked my car for service for 3weeks out. No cares about overheating or not shifting properly. Never again will I buy a Land Rover. More

Excellent Service at Mt. Kisco Land Rover Eric and the staff at Mt Kisco Land Rover tended to all of my concerns and beyond. The technician was thorough in his diagnosis of the problems and e Eric and the staff at Mt Kisco Land Rover tended to all of my concerns and beyond. The technician was thorough in his diagnosis of the problems and even took the time to show me the issues personally. I have had some negative experiences with previous service centers at another dealership (not Land Rover) whereby I would be approached in the waiting area with a laundry list of problems. Unfortunately, they were not aware that I have some mechanical abilities and perform some work on my own cars. In short, I've caught them trying to charge me for problems that didn't exist. The staff at Mt. Kisco Land Rover went over every detail with me and even suggested not tending to certain matters because they weren't an issue; while also pointing out more important issues that should be repaired. I couldn't have been more pleased with the level of service offered there. When I was informed I would have to leave the car for a few days, they made every accommodation necessary as to not inconvenience me. I drove just over an hour away to service my '08 LR2 in Mt Kisco and I'll do it again for future services. Many thanks to the technician and Eric in service for making the entire experience happen with ease. I am not one to easily offer an overwhelming positive review, but they deserve the acknowledgment.
