I have a published a follow up to the above review to explain the context of the above post. I am sorry for wasting everyone's time a cryptic one which does not give a complete picture. But I was so frustrated that I didn not articulate properly. Nothing is wrong with my communication tho, just that I speak with a "English" and "Indian" (south asian not native Indian) accent over multiple past interactions, I have been treated like second class customer by Land Rover, Norwood front office. I do not recall the first person who did this to me. The most recent one was from yesterday, a person named Chloe. Just for records and way of clarification. Backround: I bought a car during March 2023 with about 9K miles on odometer and received a break of about $4K approx on the retail price. The car had not been registered. I was told by Sonny that it was used by management and gently (whatever that meant). Untill a year later and about 25K later, I started seeing severe brake noise and all this and the following letter to Service Director of LR, Norwood is a result of my several interactions with the front office and service team at LR, Nowood, MA
