2022 Discovery Sport (bought 3/2023 with 8K miles on odometer). By the time the car completed 25K miles (3/2024), it requires brake disc replacement. Sean H, Svc Director agreed for a review with Foreman and agreed garciously if I did not decide to change the brakes then he will waive off the $200 fees for review. Now, the staff handling my booking tells me that this is the last time this will be done. Well, I have not availabled any favors and I do not understand why my driving (I cannot tangibly prove that I do not drive rough or do drag racing) 15K miles (approx) can cause the brake disc to be replaced. I have read about LR service and quality. This is yet another data point from my point of view. FYI. No favors expected from the dealer now or ever for this review, but I want this out there. More

While I have rated 3 (I am editing it to 1 now on 7/24/2024), I want to bring to fore the customer service at this dealer behaves. I was stuck 250 miles from my home with punctured tyre. If it’s possible I would give this dealership zero star. Just purchased a pre owned certified Range Rover Evoque from this dealership 9/1. I quickly realized that they sold me a supposedly “pre owned certified” with full of defects such as the info entertainment system screen jumps around, the A/C and radio randomly don’t work, and etc. The quality control is non-existence. Their Services department is the worse I’ve ever experienced, it’s a disgrace to be called ”luxury dealership”. I had to chase after them to get an appointment booked; given they sold a car with so many issues to begin with. Owned the car for barely 10 days and I had to drop it off for service on 9/9 due to all the defects. They kept the vehicle for three weeks. Although it sounds absolutely ridiculous I accepted it; as I wanted to give them the time they need to do the correct job and address all the issues. No one called and offered updates on the situation. I finally I picked up the vehicle yesterday 9/29, when I got home I noticed that the tail light left side outer has condensation inside and it’s no longer working (see attached pictures). I immediately took the pictures and sent it to Matthew Leache, the service advisor. He ignored my texts and has not replied. Also the technician who was performing the maintenance, he left the tools, screws, knife and cables in my car’s trunk without properly cleaning. This shows how sloppy they are and totally careless. Overall this is how Land Rover Norwood treats a customer who spends $46K on a vehicle. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this place! I also filed a complaint with the mass AG’s office. More
Horrible experience. I bought my car there in 2021 (brand new) and had a scheduled maintenance apt on 4/4, which was scheduled 5 months prior, and I specifically asked f I bought my car there in 2021 (brand new) and had a scheduled maintenance apt on 4/4, which was scheduled 5 months prior, and I specifically asked for a loaner/rental car. I showed up at my scheduled time and no car was present. After 1.5 hours waiting for a rental car, I had to leave for work and had no choice but to take my car back with nothing done. No apologies and no offer to reschedule. Their blatant disregard for peoples time is amazing. I will never return. ( I called another dealership for same service and I'm paying half the price). More
DON'T GO TO LAND ROVER NORWOOD. I had my Range Rover Sport towed to Land Rover Norwood, its been a month and a half. NO ONE THERE KNOWS WHAT'S GOING ON! NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. When I finally got in contact Sport towed to Land Rover Norwood, its been a month and a half. NO ONE THERE KNOWS WHAT'S GOING ON! NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. When I finally got in contact with someone they explained to me that the service advisor assigned to me no longer worked there. I asked for the service manager DAVE, got his voicemail, left a message and no call or response. To this day no call back. All the while I thought my truck was being worked on. It was not even diagnosed. Again I tried reaching out to the service manager David multiple times and was sent to his voice-mail every time. I'm paying $100+ a day for a rental because I need transportation for work. Plus I'm also paying my monthly lease payment as well. This has been an AWFUL experience. When all is said and done I have to pay them $4000 for HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION and CRIPPLING inconvenience. I'm learning a tough lesson and it isn't over yet.
