They did what they had to do. They picked up my car and took care of the job at hand. My only issue is that they did not have a loaner car for me on short notice. Service Team Comes Through I had my Range Rover Sport in for service and upon driving the vehicle home I noticed an issue with the rear brakes that had just been serviced. I con I had my Range Rover Sport in for service and upon driving the vehicle home I noticed an issue with the rear brakes that had just been serviced. I contacted Dace Froment, the Service Manager, and I was pleased with his resolution to my concerns. I did not want to drive the vehicle because of the grinding coming from the rear brakes. Dave listened to my concerns, had the vehicle towed to the Dealership, diagnosed and corrected the issue with the rear brakes. He turned a frustrating issue into a great experience. More
