The car came back great and looking brand new. I even had a loaner given to me, although I was told on the phone that I really shouldn't be given one because I didn't buy the car there. Where is all the money going? Land Rover road assistance took my car into this dealership after an accident. It's been almost two months and I finally was able to pick up my car yesterday (they claim on their site that they have an extensive inventory of parts but their excuse was they had no parts and this is why it took so long). This morning, the engine light was on and the coolant level low and despite email and calls, none of the service people are available to respond and help address the issue. For a luxury brand and a service department that says on their website ("our team will take the time to speak with you"), they sure are a waste of money and time. Awful experience More

This time they not only performed the service, but they cleaned the car and buf I leased my car here, and have always had the service performed here. This time they not only performed the service, but they cleaned the car and buffed out a mark on the side that I didn't even request. I also had a piece of rubber come loose surrounding the windhsield which I told them about in advance and they had pre-ordered the part they needed so I wouldn't need to wait any longer to get it fixed.
