My thoughts David Maunier does an excellent job. He did exactly what he said he would. I will say, no one’s fault but it is very tough living in Hingham and getti David Maunier does an excellent job. I also have a Mercedes and use Prime up the street, they pick up and return the car for service, that would be great. More

At the end the car is not only technically back on track but looks like new after a major external and internal cleaning ( even the rubber floor mats are washed)! Look for any coupons to feel better! Excellent service center I came into the service center early morning with a screw in my left rear tire that I picked up on Rt. 128. I was treated with respect and courtesy and obviously had no appointment. Service Advisor, Sam Sale, was extremely helpful and took care of the repair while I waited. Not only did they patch the tire, but performed a complimentary multi-point inspection and washed my Evoque! Now that is awesome service. More
Do NOT buy a Car from Kaplan Auto!!! Absolute worst service for any auto dealer I have ever worked with. Bout two cars there. Had an appointment for our Land Rover Sport with loaner car reserved. When we went to drop off the car there was no loaner. The building manager was useless and actually refused to introduce himself when my wife first inquired about having someone help her. Do not ever buy a car from Kaplan because when you drive off they forget all about you and will not provide service you would expect from a high end dealership. Sorry Z. You have been the only good thing there, but this is twice we have had a terrible experience with service. More
Easy to buy but terrible service I bought a LR4 from Kaplan several years ago and always have brought it for service there. However the quality of the department has declined badly and my last experience with them was so bad I won't be going back. LR service is expensive and frequent, so a good department makes a big difference. I suggest you look at other dealers that put more effort into their service department because this one is truly terrible in every way. More
Great Experience! Our car buying situation was becoming quite stressful when we were not getting much response from our current dealership. Our lease was almost up and Our car buying situation was becoming quite stressful when we were not getting much response from our current dealership. Our lease was almost up and we knew specifically what we were looking for and what we wanted to pay, but the company we had our lease with could not produce what we wanted, or even come close to the price we were looking for. That is when I reached out to Renee Acciardo at Land Rover Norwood, and we couldn't have been more thrilled. Immediately upon emailing Renee she responded and got the needed information to get the ball rolling. After my first initial email we exchanged a bit more information, and then she called me with two vehicles to choose from, both in the price range we wanted to pay and stocked with all of the features we were looking for. That weekend we met Renee in person to look at both of the vehicles. As we were tight on time with a prior engagement, she rearranged her schedule so that she could accommodate us early that morning, and not once made us feel pressured in any way to walk out with a car that day. After doing our homework and knowing we were getting a fair price, coupled with the excellent service we received, we did in fact end up with a car that day. Everyone involved with the transaction was super friendly, the playroom and snacks kept my 3 year old happy, and the whole process overall was a delight. In closing, after visiting A LOT of dealerships Land Rover Norwood by far had the most inviting environment with a very attentive staff....even the two cute doggie mascots came over to say hello. Renee was the best, took her time with us explaining every feature of our new car and insisted to contact her with anything we needed. We will definitely be using this dealership in the future and would recommend Land Rover Norwood wholeheartedly. More
