I purchased my car in march if 2019 with Sonny, i had a great buying experience. they gave me a fair price and the sales manager Carolina was very responsive when i had an issue with my water pump. Even though, the service department didn’t have a loaner available she found us a car and even brought it to our house saving a our camping trip. My sales representative Carol was very friendly and attentive to all of my needs making sure I got exactly what i wanted within the time frame i requested.. she far surpassed all of my expectations! Everyone else I met there were also just as welcoming. I have referred many friends and family to this location and will continue to do so! Very unprofessional is the best way of describing the experience. After establishing a purchase price on a new 2020 Range Rover, and after reviewing the invoice I noticed some irregularities on the invoi experience. The pricing of the documents, etching and other normal fees were almost double of any other dealer. They balked when I brought this to their attention, and they agreed to make an adjustment on the purchase price. This is a classic move to inflate the price of the vehicle. We had all but completed the transaction, when a trade in value of a snow plow was needed. We had already agreed on a price on the p/u I was trading in. The "Team Leader" Carolina said she would check to see if she could get me more $ than what they offered me on the plow and would get back to me within the hour. That was the last time I spoke to anyone from that dealer. Our deal was 99.9% done. I had made arrangements to pick up the vehicle and everything, as I was over 200 miles away. The fact that they didn't have the common courtesy to call me back within the hour that they promised to tell me they changed their mind for whatever reason, tells me all I need to know about that organization and how it is run. I have owned my own company for 39 years, so I know a little about professionalism and customer service. These are 2 qualities that this dealership does not possess. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this dealership. If the management operates like this, one can only imagine what the rest of the experience will be like. More

I texted our salesman, and did not receive a response. My husband brought the car back to the dealership (10/5/19) and we were given a courtesy car. Although, it is not expected to have a brand new car back in for service after less than 1 week, we appreciate the loaner car. More
George to the rescue! Receive detailing service in a timely fashion. However, the wheels had accumulated road dust from where the LR4 had been placed after completion. When presented, it appeared that the LR4 had not been given a final look to make sure it was showroom ready. I couldn't imagine anyone would put those wheels with road dirt/dust on your terrific showroom floor. I'm happy to say George E. rescued the day by having the car returned to the bay, not just for re-treating the wheels, but also for catching an expired inspection sticker. I'm indebted to George, because he's always delivered (since 2010) no matter over the phone, by e-mail & text, or in person. Thank you George. More

I dont know much about car machical thing and they made me feel well assured that they are taking good care of everything. They also offered to do the annual inspection at a very reasonable charge of $35 only, which is super convenient for me to complete that together with the maintenance. Waiting lounge is clean and quiet. Service staff are efficient and polite. More
